I ordered books and puzzles from this company and I am for the most part happy with the quality and service. The quality of the books were superb as always. Many of my customers speak highly about the make of the books and the excellent quality of paper used. This was my first time ordering puzzles and they were only but satisfactory. The reason I say satisfactory is because the colour didn't match what I anticipated. It was not as bright as I thought , nonetheless they were nicely done. The service from the agent agent Emily is always amazing. She is pleasant and works very hard to meet my expectations. My only problem is with the time of delivery which needs improving. I guess it is no fault of theirs, but in my opinion it takes too long sometimes. Maybe they can look into this to see what can be done to lessen the time. As a business person time is money. Despite this, I would do business with them them again.
